As part of our ongoing series on legal empowerment and justice in Lebanon, this event—held in collaboration with the Lebanese University – Faculty of Law—brought together law students, legal experts, and human rights advocates for a deep dive into Article 47 and its vital role in protecting individual rights.
The discussion highlighted how legal safeguards like Article 47 are cornerstones of fairness, accountability, and due process—and how the next generation of legal professionals can help uphold and advance these principles.
It was a powerful reminder that justice isn’t just a concept—it’s a collective effort. And the future of Lebanon’s legal system is already taking shape.
