The LYLOT program aims at promoting the participation of youth in social, political and economic life of the country, building their capacities as potential future leaders. The program shortlists young promising men and women between the age of twenty and thirty. The selection process is achieved through tests and evaluations by competent jury members.

FES hopes to change the mentality of these young generation members in terms of respect and understanding of the ‘other’, emphasizing the impact of training to achieve this aim, especially amongst those affiliated with political parties. The program accentuates the leadership skills of the selected participants on all levels through a wide series of trainings and workshops executed by highly acclaimed professionals. LYLOT 4 is being executed in 2018 with the next training camp to be held this December.
